What is job analysis?
This is a consulting that lays the foundation for establishing a systematic HR management system
that can be used as a standard for securing, evaluating and rewarding manpower,
and nurturing them by systematically organizing the contents of the jobs that make up the job and the requirements for performing jobs.
Law& develops a “customized job description” form through a detailed diagnosis of our clients’
HR management level and their needs, and in addition to deriving consulting results (job description),
we aim to improve the organizational level of our clients in order to continuously use job analysis
data after consulting by providing the competency training for job analysis to working-level group of the company.
