Consent to collection of personal information
Article 1 (Consent to Personal Information Collection)
Labor Law Firm Lawand (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a procedure in which users can click the "Agree" or "Cancel" button for the Company's privacy policy or terms of use. By clicking the "Agree" button, users are deemed to have consented to the collection of personal information.

Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Use)
The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent. It collects personal information to ensure smooth customer consultations and provide various services as described below. All information will only be used for the purposes specified, and if the scope of collected information or its purpose changes, prior consent will be obtained.
Name: To verify identity for product consultations
Email, Phone Number: To communicate notices related to product consultations and events, and to provide new service and product information (via DM, SMS, email, etc.)
Users may refuse to consent to the collection/use of personal information. However, refusal to consent will make it impossible to proceed with consultations through online inquiries, and access to certain services and benefits may be restricted.
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
As a general rule, personal information is destroyed immediately after the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, if there is a need to retain information in accordance with relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company will retain the information for a certain period as stipulated by the relevant laws. In this case, the Company will only use the information for the purpose of retention, and the retention periods are as follows:
Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years (pursuant to the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (pursuant to the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Records related to the collection, processing, and use of credit information: 3 years (pursuant to the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information)
The Company handles users' personal information securely and takes the following measures to prevent its leakage:
Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
